Objective

After completing the course, the student will be able to
- analyze teamwork skills and the factors influencing team functioning and leadership
- assess the factors affecting the well-being of the team
- act in a fair, equitable and respectful manner towards others and describe the factors that promote equality
- define the concept of well-being at work and identify the importance of leadership and organizational culture for well-being at work
- analyze and develop their own well-being at work
- assess the factors influencing well-being at work in a team
