- Make decisions in different service system contexts

- Decision-making in the service system
- The role of strategic thinking, decision-making, management and leadership in the work community and service provision
- Strategy process steps, related approaches and tools (analyses, BSC, knowledge-based management)
- Ethics, assessment, quality and effectiveness of strategic operations and decision-making
- Managed strategy and change process
