Objective

The student is able todevelop their competence in cooperation, cancer treatment and rehabilitation support in teams and in clinical work related to cancer treatment in a multi-professional mannercombine the cancer treatment strategy with the development of the team’s competencerecognize the role of an expert as a cancer treatment expert and identify team leading methods in cancer treatment developmentutilize their competence in promoting the competence and operations of the entire work communityassess competence in cancer treatment and rehabilitation supportevaluate competence-related development needs in the work community and plan the competence of the work community based on a long-term development modelworks as a cancer treatment and rehabilitation support educator locally, nationally and internationallyutilizes the work community’s multi-professional expertise in different phases of the cancer treatment and treatment pathway in a suitable mannerpromote societal learning and the development of a dialogic communication culture in the work communityimplement the theory of the learning organisation in the competence development planplan methods and processes for developing competence in cancer treatment and rehabilitation and assess the development of operationsPromote occupational well-being in the cancer treatment unit using early intervention method
