Objective

- Students will become familiar with social welfare legislation sources and will learn to recognise and analyse legislative issues regarding social and health services, as well as to find factually-based solutions.
- Students will learn the norms of social welfare legislation and administrative law, which lay down provisions on legal protection.
- Students will learn to independently apply legislation to solve concrete customer cases.
