Objective

After completing the course the student
- is able to identify different project types and environments, management and implementation models

- knows project lifetime phases from initialization, planning to execution, management, assessment and closing

- knows international project management frameworks, standards and certifications

- is familiar with program and portfolio management

- understands projects in different business environments

- have general project knowledge and is able to pass PMAF project certification
