Objective

After completing the course, the student:
- knows the building methods and styles of different eras
- has deepened they knowledge of certain aspects of renovation
- make use of researched information on renovation construction
- understand the cost implications of renovation
- knows the main points of the planning process of renevation projects.

Content

Building traditions, renovation, damage mapping and condition assessment, and causes and consequences of damage.
