Objective

After completing the course, the student: understands that employability is a holistic concept that includes hard professional skills and soft interpersonal- and cultural skills, and recognizes the importance of extracurricular achievements and activities understands the job application procedure in Finland and what skills and competences Finnish employers seek from an employee knows the relevant organizations active in the area (professional organizations, entrepreneur networks, student organizations) and their roles in building networks and monitoring interests
