Entrepreneurial Financing and Investment (3op)

Osaamistavoitteet

Students will learn to make conclusions about the company's capital structure, as well as be able to compare the effect of changes in the capital structure of the business. The student can make calculations related to the profitability of the investment and is able to assess the impact of the investment from the perspective of the business. The student will find a variety of investment sources of funding and are able to basic evaluation to their suitability for each case. Students will learn to analyze the company's operations. Students learn to prepare the material, through which the company is able to start acquiring the necessary funding and are able to apply their knowledge of credit negotiation.
