Objective

Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) is a recommended entry point into IT certification and job preparation. MTA will validate student’s core knowledge and enhance understanding of IT fundamentals.

After completing the MTA Certification 98-369 Cloud Fundamentals the student understands the fundamentals of:

* Understanding the cloud
* Enabling Microsoft cloud services
* Administering Office 365 and Microsoft Intune
* Using and configuring Microsoft cloud services
* Supporting cloud users

* cloud principles and delivery mechanisms
* cloud security requirements and policies
* cloud service updates and availability
* different types of cloud services

Enabling Microsoft Cloud Services
* requirements and dependencies for using Office 365 and Microsoft Intune
* selecting a cloud service plan
* signing up for cloud services
* setting up the initial configuration of cloud services

Administering Office 365 and Microsoft Intune
* creating users and groups, and assigning services and licenses
* assigning permissions in Office 365 and Microsoft Intune
* monitoring service health in Office 365 and Microsoft Intune

Using and Configuring Microsoft Cloud Services
* configuring Exchange Online
* configuring SharePoint Online, including OneDrive
* configuring Skype for Business Online
* configuring Microsoft Intune

Supporting Cloud Users
* resolving sign-in and Office application installation issues
* resolving email and calendar issues
* resolving SharePoint and OneDrive issues
* resolving Skype for Business issues
