Osaamistavoitteet

The student classifies the aims of sales work, explains the stages of a sales situation and estimates the demands set to sales work by the characteristics of items and services. The student chooses the means directed at consumer and corporate clients.

Arviointikriteerit, tyydyttävä (1)

Students use and understand single professional concepts of sales work. They describe the concepts briefly and inaccurately. Students distinguish between everyday information and researched information. They find information for a single task from various sources, the use of information sources does not show ability to source criticism. Students use some of the substance concepts. They are familiar with the information base and can recognize information in the branch. Students explain things and find the required information base for the subject studied. Students recognize the meaning of staying on schedule.

Students use professional concepts of sales work mainly logically. Use of concepts is formal. Students distinguish between everyday information and researched information. They find information for a single assignment from various sources. Students use of information sources shows ability to source criticism. Students are familiar with the sales work information base, understand the concepts and are able formulate the acquired knowledge with justification in the subject studied. They consider the situation and target group. Students formulate the targets of one’s operation. Students are able to stay on schedule, act responsibly and justify their actions.

Students use professional concepts related to sales work with expertise and their use of concepts is logical. Students distinguish between everyday information and researched information. They assess various information sources and the use of information sources shows ability to source criticism. Students justify the use of information sources. Students show ability to apply and analyse the learned information in a real life situation. Students are familiar with the information base of the substance and can apply the concepts and the acquired knowledge with justification. Students act responsibly, plan their own activities in a goal-oriented way and stay on schedule. They demonstrate the ability to apply their learning to different situations and operational environments.
