Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
· combine the cancer treatment strategy with the development of the team’s competence · recognize the role of an expert as a cancer treatment expert and identify team leading methods in cancer treatment development · utilize their competence in promoting the competence and operations of the entire work community
· evaluate competence-related development needs in the work community and plan the competence of the work community based on a long-term development model
· works as a cancer treatment and rehabilitation support educator locally, nationally and internationally
· utilizes the work community’s multi-professional expertise in different phases of the cancer treatment and treatment pathway in a suitable manner
· promote societal learning and the development of a dialogic communication culture in the work community
· implement the theory of the learning organisation in the competence development plan
· Promote occupational well-being in the cancer treatment unit using early intervention methods

Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:

· to work in the role of a advanced practitioner in a multi-professional team that is responsible for the treatment and rehabilitation process of a cancer patient
· self-regulate their own learning and development
· adopt an analytical and reflective working and studying style
· utilize a diverse array of information technology tools
· implement a participatory, evidence-informed, patient-centered process in developing the advanced roles and practice
· demonstrate commitment to continuous deepening and development of their own clinical expertise

· The role of a advanced practitioner: national and international perspective
· Competence in clinical practice: implementing a care process and the PEPPA process in the clinical work as a part of the independent work of a clinical expert
