Objective

After the course:
- The student is familiar with the process-driven thinking as a business and organisational development paradigm.
- She/he can identify different process levels, describe and measure different processes,
- She/he can organize operations according to the defined processes.
- She/he is familiar with methods and practices dealing with continuous development
- She/he is able to utilize them in the management and development of her/his organization.
