Objective

Upon completion of the course students are able to explain the meaning of media publicity to an organization know how to use different forms of communication depending on target groups are able to use social media in organizational communication and marketing communications are able to recognize crisis situations in an organization and suggest relevant means of communication in an crisis situation are able to define content marketing and apply content concepts for customers are able to plan and execute organizational communication and pr according to different audiences and interest groups know different means of measuring and evaluating communication
