Objective

After completing the course, the student has the competence to:
- develop a project plan for a small-scale project
- define project activities and resources and assess project risks
- analyse and develop time use and plan a feasible schedule
- make a small project cost estimate using a spreadsheet program
- identify issues affecting team building and operations
- assess the working team and project work skills
