Content scheduling

Digital business and its possibilities. The digital change in business models and modern customer relationship management. The basics of business model analysis,.Detailed schedule will be given during the course.

Objective

Having completed the course, the student is able to
- define basic terms
- describe most common business models
- apply simple business model analysis

Content

- basic characteristics of digital business
- the most common tools and model used in digital business
- basic methods for business model analysis

Materials

WIll be outlined during the course.

Teaching methods

Lectures and exercises. The exercises will be done in groups and individually.

Exam schedules

Will be outlined during the course.

Pedagogic approaches and sustainable development

Lectures and independent work of the students.

Completion alternatives

A large essay. The topic and requirements of the essay should be agreed with the teachers.

Student workload

The amount of effort is the one required for 5 cr.

Evaluation methods and criteria

Evaluation will be based on exercises, exam, activity during the course, and presentations. The exam is 50%.
