Objective

This course focuses on the most important components of accounting and finance for teamleaders and middle-managers.
After completing this course the student is able to
- summarise the key principles and tools in managerial accounting and finance
- analyse and make use of accounting and financial information, for example the financial statements and related financial ratios in his/her work

- theories and concepts of contemporary management accounting
- tools and methodologies of contemporary management accounting

Financial Management -related course material will be available in Optima.
