Objective

After completing this course, the students will be able to
• define the basic principles of contract law
• name the norms and regulations governing contracts
• understand the importance of contracts in working life and in the field of art
• explain the main content of copyright as a concept and copyright law
• acknowledge the rights and obligations arising from copyright law in the field of art
• name relevant copyright organizations in the field of art
• analyse their own entrepreneurship skills and identity
• name the basic concepts of business operations
• produce marketing videos/presentations on their own skills
• understand what developing a business idea requires
• describe different forms of business and identify the most suitable form for their own business idea
• find the necessary and relevant advisory services when starting a business

TAITEILIJAN työelämä ja oman paikan tekeminen

Kurssi koostuu luennoista, lähiopetuksesta, keskusteluista tehtävistä ja Kurssin aikana harjoitellaan apurahahakemusten laatimista ja budjetointia, sopimusten laatimista sekä taiteellisen työn ja taiteen hinnoittelua. Lisäksi tehdään harjoitteita, jotka tähtäävät oman taiteellisen toimijuuden hahmottamiseen ja sanallistamiseen, sekä ajatellaan taiteen kentän työoloja.
