- The course will help to understand the concept of virtual cloud networking. Wide range of most current information will be handled during the course.

Objective

After completing the course the student: knows the main benefits and drawbacks of distributed and cloud computing knows the current possibilities offered by commercial cloud computing environments realizes the requirements cloud computing places on computer and networking hardware and software knows the basics of designing and implementing a small-scale cloud computing environment knows the basics of desktop virtualization is able to recognize the security threats specific to distributed computing systems.
