Liikeilmaisun opinnot toteutetaan osana Hobitti teoksen harjoituksia. Liikeilmaisun ohjaamisesta teokseen vastaa Oula Kitti. Harjoitukset merkittynä lukujärjestyksiin kaikki vapaasti valittavien otsikon alle eli liikeilmaisun suoritukset sisältyvät niihin.

Objective

Students are studying ballet and contemporary dance techniques and different movement improvisational approaches. Students are gaining good knowledge and physical skills into basics in dance and in movement expression. Students are recognising the connection between thinking and moving. Students are able to plan, create and shape bodily movements and also to develop different movement frases. Students can analyze their own and other´s movement language. Students are able to evaluate their own learning process in dance techniques and also in creative tasks.

Content

The goal of the studies is to deepen student´s capability to move, create movement and understand the meanings of movement on stage. The studies are consisting ballet and contemporary dance techniques, movement improvisation, composition and choreography. The main emphasis is to develop student´s to create and elaborate movement material. Studies are done in group and they consist practical classes, different training tasks and demos.
