Piirustuksen opintojaksot toimivat seuraavanlaisella periaatteella ja käytännöllä.
Olennaista on oma kiinnostus ja motivaatio siihen mitä pyrkii tekemään, sekä tarvittaessa vakiintuneiden käytäntöjen kyseenalaistaminen.
Toiminta ja toteutus sovitaan henkilö- ja tapauskohtaisesti.
Opiskelija osallistuu aktiivisesti ohjaukseen ja palautekeskusteluun.

Objective

The students will be able to
• use different tools and materials in a responsible, safe and environmentally sustainable manner
• analyse visual elements and determine the impact of different ways of presentation to the communicative and expressive potential of the image
• evaluate the expressive potential of different forms of art in the development of their own work.
• discuss and evaluate in a constructive manner the processes of their own artistic work as well as that of others
• allocate the right amount of time for study/the creation of a work and be prepared to adopt an alternative course of action if necessary
• find alternative methods to support their work
• identify and question the established practices and phenomena in the field of art

Content

The drawing courses are based on the following practice and principle:
the key point for students is to nurture their own interest and motivation in working towards their personal goals and, when necessary, question established conventions.
The activities and assignments are agreed individually on a case-by-case basis.
The students are expected to actively participate in instruction and feedback discussions.
