You will proceed through 4 team development stages (IMGD) using an interactive virtual guide published in Thinglink.
The guide will
- introduce you team leader´s and members´ experiences through a case study
- share knowledge on theories related to the virtual teams (asynchronous videolectures)
- offer you tools for working virtually
- challenge you with further readings (8 scientific articles)

To show your learning you have to complete a test after each stage in ITSlearning. environment (4 tests)
