Content scheduling
During the course, the student learns the basics of customer-oriented development methods.
As a group, students plan innovative solutions to everyday problems. Students present their solutions and receive feedback (peer feedback, teacher feedback).
After completing the course, the student:
- knows how to use various customer-oriented tools in the development of a new service/product
- can prepare a project plan
- can design presentation material
- knows how to prepare an effective presentation
- can work as a member of a group.
Objective
Having completed the course, the student is able to
- develop profitable, customer oriented and innovative solutions
- apply product and service differentiation as a competitive edge
- apply product development process models in practice.
