Content scheduling

Toteutuu EU-direktiivien mukaisessa kätilötyön ohjatussa harjoittelussa vk 31 alkaen yksilöllisesti (naistentautien pkl tai vuodeosasto, äitiyspkl tai -neuvola, keskola, prenataaliosasto tai lapsivuodeosasto, synnytyssali). Ennen synnytyssaliharjoittelua pitää olla Synnytyksenaikaisen kätilötyön tentti hyväksytysti suoritettu.

Henkilökohtaiset tavoitteet toisen harjoitteluviikon alussa Itsin palautuslaatikkoon / SUN harkka sovellukseen tutoropettajan kommentoitavaksi/ hyväksyttäväksi Arviointikierros 1(Paperilomakkeilla Arviointilomake KÄER1 ). Ennen palautusta olet jo keskustellut tavoitteista lähiohjaajan kanssa. Lomake sisältää harjoittelun taustatiedot: harjoitteluaika ja -paikka,sekä lähiohjaajan nimi.

Väliarviointi: lyhyt yhteenveto lähiohjaajasi kanssa käydystä väliarviointikeskustelusta ja miten harjoittelu on omasta mielestä sujunut, jos etenet paperilomakkeilla. SUNharkkasovelluksen Arviointikierros 2: oma itsearviointi + lähiohjaajan palaute ja opettajan hyväksyntä näiden jälkeen.

Loppuarviointi: palauta Arviointilomake Itsiin scannattuna / valokuvattuna Aikataululomakkeen kera. Aikataululomake tulee olla täytettynä kuulukärkikynällä ja jos tulee muutos suunniteltuun, niin alkuperäisen merkinnän tulee näkyä toteutuneen ohella.

SUNharkkasovellus Arviointikierros 3: oma itsearviointi+ lähiohjaajan palaute ja opettajan hyväksyntä näiden jälkeen, jos harjoittelutyövuoroajat täsmäävät vaadittuun tuntimäärään.

Palautetunti 1 h etäyhteydessä harjoittelun jälkeen.

Objective

The student:

• Can work independently and as a member of a multi-professional team in midwifery
• Develops and deepens their expertise in the planning, implementation, recording and evaluation of midwifery in different operating environments
• Acts in accordance with the code of ethics for midwifery and complies with the applicable legislation
• Can follow aseptic requirements
• Knows the key contents and methods of pharmacotherapy related to midwifery and implements pharmacotherapy safely
• Students will deepen their guidance skills in sexual and reproductive health questions regarding the woman and her family.
• Masters the treatment and guidance in connection with a normal pregnancy
• Can identify high-risk pregnancies and refer a woman to further treatment if necessary
• Can monitor and treat pregnant women and foetuses in high-risk pregnancies
• Develops independently in treating low-risk childbirths at different stages of the childbirth process
• Can work as a midwifery expert in a high-risk childbirth care team
• Can immediately monitor and treat the new-born and, if necessary, initiate CPR
• Students will master the monitoring, guidance and care of women after childbirth.
• Students will master the care of healthy newborn babies.
• Can support a woman and her family in the development of early interaction and breastfeeding
• Can carry out intensive care of a new-born as part of a multi-professional care team
• Can carry out the treatment process for a gynaecological patient
• Masters the guidance of a gynaecological patient and family members
• Can support a woman and her family in managing a life cycle crisis
• Can document a woman’s and family’s nursing care reliably in different information systems
• Can operate in accordance with the principles of sustainable development in a care environment

Content

• Traineeship units as study units in accordance with EU/2005 directives
• Supervised midwifery internship in units carrying out nursing work for pregnant women, mothers giving/who have given birth, healthy new-borns, new-borns requiring intensive care or gynaecological patients

Voi vähentää 3 h harjoittelupaikassa tehdystä työstä (CV, palautetunti 1 h) ja tämä kirjataan aikataululomakkeen yhteenvetokohtaan tai SUNharkan sovellukseen.
