Objective

Objectives
• Identify career possibilities after completing their degrees
• Understand how to become a good leader and the link between the theoretical framework behind it and management work in practice
• Learn about the rights and obligations of employees and employers
• Gain skills in how to manage occupational well-being and how to act in a work community in a constructive manner
• Understand the basic principles of expertise management and development of employee expertise
• Understand the importance of ethics as the basis of leadership
• Gain the ability to assess and develop the quality of nursing in all the phases of the care process and understand their professional responsibilities in quality assurance of care
• Will be able to review sustainable development from an ecological, financial, social and cultural perspective
• Complete and pass the national core competence test for nurses (180 ECTS)
