Objectives:
• The service and emergency care systems in social and health care services
• The student respects the patient as an expert agent of their own life
• Acknowledges the values, principles and key concepts of nursing
• Knows the basics of information retrieaval
• Knows how to interact professionally and therapeutically with patients and their family members.
• Acknowledges the principles of professional cooperation
• Knows how to apply the nursing process in decision-making and documentation
• Knows how to document patients according to the national nursing documentation model
