Materials
Soveltuva lähdekirjallisuus, esimerkiksi Laskentatoimi johtamisen tukena (Suomala, Manninen, Lyly-Yrjänäinen. Itsenäisesti tai ryhmätyönä tuotettavat raportit, joita esitetään kurssin aikana ja jotka antavat erilaisia näkökulmia SOTE-alan nykytilanteeseen ja kehityssuuntauksiin.
Teaching methods
Kurssin aikana yksilö- tai ryhmätyönä tehdään tehtäviä, joissa laskentatoimen teoriaa sovelletaan SOTE-alan johtamisen tukena:
- Mittarit ja tunnusluvut (mitä mitataan ja miten dataa käytetään)
- Kannattavuuslaskenta
Soveltavat tehtävät voivat liittyä esimerkiksi oman työpaikan prosessien analysointiin ja kehittämiseen tai valitun SOTE-alan yhtiön toiminnan analysointiin.
Evaluation methods and criteria
Kurssityöskentely: itsenäinen opiskelu, oppitunneille osallistuminen ja aktiivisuus ovat perusedellytys kurssin hyväksyttävään suorittamiseen. Kurssitehtävien palautus on hyväksytyn suorituksen edellytys. Viimeisellä kurssikerralla voi esittää muille kurssin opiskelijoille kurssitehtäväänsä, jotta muutkin voivat siitä oppia. Opettaja arvoi opiskelijan suoritusta ja osaamista kokonaisuutena.
