Competence objectives of study unit
• Plan, design and make service design process graphics.
• Learn to choose and use Adobe CC applications (Illustrator, Photoshop) together with Powerpoint
• Export files to be used in presentations and workshop materials
• Improve student's presentation ideas and visual design skills
During the course you will get acquainted professionally with the most important graphic design software and professional practices. In a workshop environment together with personal learning exercises, you’ll learn to plan, design and make service design process graphics.
For example, Mood boards, Mind maps, Service blueprints. A presentation will be made during the course.

Teaching methods
The student's work is divided to an intro lecture about the subject of making visualizations in a Service Design environment and then using these examples in practicing the tools to make them. (Adobe CC).
Online materials, exercises and online meetings on the subject (recordings will be shared after the meeting).
It’s essential, that students participate in peer-to-peer learning and discussions in the group.
