Objective

The goal of basic training is to familiarize students with their professional field; familiarization with commerce, waking professional interest, creating a professional basis for thinking and studies, gaining working experience, observation of expertise, creating networks, and setting goals for the following training period. The practical training consists of intentional and goal-oriented developments of students’ competence and professional career. After the training, students can manage their individual and professional growth according to their goals.

Content

In Optima, completion of assignments related to the training period (before, during, and after the training) and participation in tutorials. Goal-oriented training in the training position according to the training contract.
