The student will learn to understand the innovation process, and the different tools, that are applicable to different innovation stages (ideation, concept development, productization, and launch).
Especially the ideation tools are practised in training sessions and applied as much possible in suitable projects

Student is able tofind, select and apply appropriate innovation tools to different situations.

Exploring different innovation tools, comparing and adapting them to different situations.

to be chosen, edited, used, shared acc. to project needs and student interest area
basis is in various Innovation Methods, practises, cases etc

Teaching methods

This unit is based on the working culture of BusinesAcedemy inc training sessions, learning agreement, projects and reading.

Student workload

5 cr = 135 working hours. Project hours count for c. 80 h and rest of the hours comes from reading points and attendance in training sessions. All projects should include a project plan with pre-motorola followed by post-motorola. Project hours comprise of project planning, execution and reporting as well as of reading and implementing theories (books,TED talks, research reports) chosen by the student himself that are relevant and adequate for a professional implementation of the project.
