Objective

After completing the course, the students will be able to

• Apply project management methods when leading creative projects
• Execute efficient time, resource and budget management in creative projects
• Analyse, assess, model, and steer creative processes
• Select and justify applicable approaches and tools of project management
• Communicate appropriately about project implementation to relevant stakeholders
