Kliininen oppimistehtävä tehdään harjoittelujakson aikana ja palautetaan Itslearningiin perehdytystunnilla sovittuun palautuspäivämäärään mennessä.

DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN NURSING 7 ECTS YRHA

Objectives

Project-based training
Students will
• Practise project-based development of nursing
• Plan, perform and document nursing in a nursing development or enrichment project in cooperation with working life, a project or UAS’ business activities
• Project-based training can be included in practical training or linked to another training unit or project

Practical training
Students will
• Practise team management in nursing
• Practise assuming overall responsibility over the care of their training unit’s patients/customers in their working group and in multidisciplinary cooperation
• Reinforce their role as a member of a nursing team and advance on their path towards expertise in nursing
• Participate in the assessment and development of care

Entrepreneurship skills
Students will
• Complete practical training in a company, social enterprise, UAS’ business activities or another operating environment that has the characteristics of business activities
• Learn about the principles of business activities and how to apply them, ensuring profitability and managing customerships
• Learn about the laws, permit application processes and instructions related to business activities
• Learn about communications and marketing efforts related to business activities
• Learn about the rights and obligations of employees and employers
• Understand the success factors, innovation and constant development efforts of

Business activities
• Contents:
• Characteristics of projects and the theory of carrying out projects
• Project plan, implementation and reporting
• Applying the theory of management in practice
• Cooperation and teamwork skills
• Applying the theory of quality management and development in practice
• The criteria of expertise in nursing and the path towards expertise
• Internal entrepreneurship
• Basic understanding of business activities, different companies and forms of business
• Marketing, communications and brands
• Labour legislation and collective agreements

Kokonaistuntimäärä on 203h, joka sisältää:
- perehdytyksen 2h
- harjoittelupalautteen 2h
- jobiilin ja CV:n päivittämisen 2h
- loput tunnit (197h) ohjattua harjoittelua sovitussa harjoitteluyksikössä

Hyväksytty suoritus edellyttää:

Ennen jakson alkua:
- CV:n laatiminen ja pitäminen aktiivisena harjoittelujakson loppuun asti
- Perehdytystunnille osallistuminen
- Yhteyden ottaminen omaan harjoitteluyksikköön viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen jakson alkua

Jakson aikana:
- Aktiivinen opiskelu harjoitteluyksikössä
- Henkilökohtaisten tavoitteiden laatiminen SunHarkassa
- Työvuorojen laatiminen yhdessä ohjaajan kanssa
- Väliarviointiin osallistuminen ja itsearviointi, kirjaaminen arviointikeskusteluun SunHarkassa
- Oppimistehtävän laatiminen ja palauttaminen jakson loppuun mennessä
- Loppuarviointiin osallistuminen ja itsearviointi SunHarkassa
- Ohjaajan vahvistus hyväksytystä harjoittelujaksosta ohjaaville opettajille


Jakson jälkeen:
- Palautetunnille osallistuminen
- SunHarkka kirjaukset valmiina
