Sisällön jaksotus

This course consists of following modules:
Self-presentation (Individual), Group-presentation (Individual/small-group); Concepts of Action Research (Small-group), Multiple-choice test (Individual), Development in my organisation (Individual), Development projects (Small-group), Feedback to other groups (Groups), Development aspects in my own theses (Individual).

Tavoitteet

After completing the course, the students can
- form an understanding of research-based development in professional operations
- utilise the process and methods of applied research as an element of operational development
- critically examine their development projects in relation to the development activities in their field
- evaluate their development projects
- expediently report on their development projects
- publish the results of their development projects both orally and in writing

- a foundation for launching and completing development projects
- development projects in their own field
- the information seeking and research methods which serve as a foundation for development work
- development work report formats
