Course objectives: After completing the course, the student will be able to:
explain the overall picture of the whole logistics chain in business
describe the importance of efficient purchasing and material control, transportation, distribution and logistics services for the competitiveness of modern companies in global supply chain
design a supply chain network plan and calculate location decisions
prepare and optimize distribution models
manage and improve supply chain performance
