Objective

After completing the course the student will be able to:
- communicate the importance of good supplier relationships
- successfully manage supplier relationships
- manage and develop the performance of an existing supplier by using relevant metrics
- developing and using scorecard for supplier performance
- explain the competitive advantage related to cross-organizational co-operation and partnerships
- conduct supplier assessments/audits

Lectures, independent study, including approved completion of learning assignments, written report, exam based on lectures and course book.

Exam schedules

Exam at the end of the course. Retakes on re-examination dates.

Student workload

Lectures, completion of class assignments and exam 36 hours (no lectures on week 42), home assignments 15 hours, preparation of an exercise report 40 hours, for the exam preparation 44 hours.
