Tavoitteet

• ymmärrät huoltajien kanssa tehtävän kasvatusyhteistyön merkityksen
• tiedät eettiset periaatteet ja varhaiskasvatuksen arvoperustan
• osaat moniammatillisen yhteistyön periaatteita ja sovellat niitä ammatillisessa toiminnassa
• vahvistat kulttuurista osaamistasi

Sisältö

• perhelähtöiset yhteistyömuodot ja dialogisuus
• puheeksi ottaminen haastavissa tilanteissa
• moniammatillinen ja monialainen yhteistyö
• varhaiskasvatuksen sosionomin ammatti-identiteetti
• arvot ja etiikka ohjauskäytänteissä ja päiväkodin toimintakulttuurissa
• eri kieli- ja kulttuuritaustaiset huoltajat yhteistyökumppaneina

Viestintäkanava ja lisätietoja

Presence in contact teaching is mandatory. In case of absence, compensative assignment must be completed (instructions in Itslearning). Max. absence is 50 % of the contact teaching.

Esitietovaatimukset

Valinnaiset asiakasryhmäkohtaiset opinnot voi aloittaa, kun opintoja on suoritettuna vähintään 60 opintopistettä. Opinnot suoritetaan kokonaisina moduuleina.
