Tavoitteet

Opiskelija
• Ymmärtää hyväksi johtajaksi kasvamisen, sen edellyttämän teoreettisen opiskelun ja käytännön johtamistyön yhteyden
• Oppii työnantajan ja työntekijän velvollisuudet ja oikeudet
• Saa valmiuksia työhyvinvoinnin johtamiseen ja osaa toimia rakentavasti työyhteisössä
• Tuntee osaamisen johtamisen ja työntekijän osaamisen kehittymisen perusperiaatteet
• Ymmärtää eettisyyden johtamistyön perustana
• Osaa arvioida ja kehittää hoitotyön laatua hoitoprosessin kaikissa vaiheissa, sekä tuntee ammatillisen vastuunsa hoidon laadun varmistamisessa
• Tietää yrittäjyyden perusteet
• Tietää poikkeusolojen terveydenhuollon perusteet

Objective

Students will
• Understand how to become a good leader and the link between the theoretical framework behind it and management work in practice
• Learn about the rights and obligations of employees and employers
• Gain skills in managing occupational well-being and acting in a work community in a constructive manner
• Understand the basic principles of expertise management and development of employee expertise
• Understand the importance of ethics as the basis of leadership
• Gain the ability to assess and develop the quality of nursing in all the phases of the care process and will have understanding of their professional responsibilities in quality assurance of care
• Learn the principles of entrepreneurship
• Understand the basics of health care in exceptional circumstances
