Objective
The student:
· Identifies individual, cultural and environmental factors affecting the health of women of different ages
· Promotes a woman’s health and social well-being and understands the importance of women’s health for the health of the whole family
· Knows the treatment process for a gynaecological patient
· Can meet individuals and families with different cultural backgrounds and understands the diversity of cultural features in midwifery work
· Can anticipate and analyse changes in a woman’s health and can act in a multi-professional manner as required
· Can act according to the values and principles of midwifery work
· Students will learn to provide customer-driven family planning guidance to women and their partners.
