Oppimistehtävien ohjeistukset aukeavat vuorokauden kuluttua siitä, kun opettaja on hyväksynyt ilmoittautumiset.

Objective

The student is able
- to describe current challenges of population’s health and well-being as well as factors affecting them
- to describe the indicators of health and well-being as well as the meaning of knowledge when identifying and organizing services
- to describe social and health services organization and legislation
- to describe social security system,
- to search for information of social and health services to clients in different life situations
- to recognize the meaning of multiprofessionality in the perspective of service needs
- to act more securely and understand the responsibility for promoting security

Content

1. The status of the population’s health and well-being
- current challenges and factors affecting them
- promotion of health and functional ability, prevention of illnesses and accidents
- registers and statistics

2. Social and health services
- social and health care organization and development of it, funding, responsibilities, control/monitoring and client’s and patient’s rights
- social and health services
- income security
- searching information about social and health services and benefits

3. Security in social and health care

Itslearning-oppimisympäristöstä löytyvät materiaalit, linkit ja lähteet sekä itsenäinen tiedonhaku.

Teaching methods

Itsenäinen opiskelu, verkkotehtävät, joiden avulla osoitetaan aiheen tuntemus.

Exam schedules

Verkkotehtävät ovat avoinna 22.01.-19.05.2024 välisen ajan. Verkkotehtävien ohjeistus ja palautus toteutuu Itslearning -verkkoalustalla. Palautettuja tai tehtyjä tehtäviä voidaan tarvittaessa pyytää täydentämään. Arviointi suoritetaan viimeistään 2 viikon kuluessa opintojakson sulkeutumisesta.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Opintojakson hyväksytty suoritus edellyttää kaikkien verkkototeutuksen osioiden suoritusta hyväksytysti ja annettuun määräaikaan mennessä.

Evaluation methods and criteria

Kaikkiin Itslearningissä oleviin tehtäviin tulee vastata. Jakson hyväksytty suoritus edellyttää, että kaikkiin tehtäviin on vastattu ja kommentoitu omia vastauksia suhteessa mallivastauksiin.
