Objective
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
• Understand key financial and financing indicators and apply them to monitor finances.
• Compare practices of sponsorship and corporate partnerships and apply them in their own field.
• Explain the principles of domestic and international public and private financiers, compare financing sources applicable to their own field, plan a financial package for their field of operation, and select appropriate sources of funding.
• Evaluate and improve funding applications, as well as utilize and report on received funding

Assessment methods and criteria
Successful completion of the course requires the completion of all the learning assignments.
Assessment will be based on Learning assignments 1 and 2.
The course is assessed with a grade of 1-5/fail.
The preliminary assignment will be graded on a scale HYV/HYL.
The assessment will be based on

- comprehensibility and clarity of the answer
- completeness and comprehensiveness of the answer
- justification and credibility of the arguments
