Tavoitteet

• ymmärrät kansalaisten hyvinvoinnin ulottuvuuksia ja sosiaalisia ongelmia
• tunnet hyvinvointia uhkaavia yhteiskunnallisia ja globaaleja haasteita
• osaat tarkastella kestävää kehitystä eri näkökulmista (ekologinen, taloudellinen, sosiaalinen ja kulttuurinen)
• tunnet hyvinvointiyhteiskunnan ja hyvinvointivaltion historiaa, toimintaa ja tehtäviä

Sisältö

• hyvinvointiyhteiskunnan ja hyvinvointivaltion muutokset
• hyvinvointiteoriat, hyvinvoinnin mittaaminen, koettu hyvinvointi, elämänlaatu
• sosiaaliset ongelmat, huono-osaisuus ja syrjäytyminen
