• osaat ammatillisen vuorovaikutuksen perusteet
• osaat suunnitella ja arvioida vuorovaikutustasi eri tilanteissa
• tunnet erilaisia ihmiskäsityksiä ja ymmärrät ihmiskäsityksen ja arvomaailman merkityksen asiakastyössä
• tunnet sosiaalialan asiakastyötä ohjaavaa keskeistä lainsäädäntöä

- the student does not recognize the basic values ??of the social sector and professional ethical principles
- he does not participate actively and responsibly in the interaction in the group
- he does not know how to distinguish professional interaction from other types of interaction
- he does not know how to apply theoretical knowledge to practical activities.

- the student knows the basic values ??and professional ethical principles of the social sector
-she / he has shortcomings in responsibility and activity when participating in the group
- she / he knows how to distinguish professional interaction from other types of interaction
- she / he has challenges applying theoretical knowledge to practical activities.
