Content scheduling

Factory layout: design an efficient and functional production space.
Create clear and efficient documents for the different stages of production for yourself and your subcontractors.
Manage the entire production planning process.
Inventory management: optimise warehouse operations and material flow management.
Finance: understand the principles of production finance.
Traceability: practical examples of how to implement traceability in production.
Delivery methods: learn about different delivery models such as made-to-stock and make-to-order.

After completing the course the student¨
