Objective
After completing the course, the student will master
- workplace safety and employment contracts Act
- collective agreements for employees in the construction industry and technical staff
- developer's occupational safety responsibility
- security planning of the building site
- the main implementor's security duties

Content
The student knows the construction law that includes: Working Time Act, Annual Holidays Act and Co-operation Act. The student is familiar with the collective bargaining agreement in construction, and the student can interpret it as a supervisor when acting. He / she knows how to conclude an employment contract, terms of employment, obligations of the parties and termination of employment. The student is familiar with the labor market organizations and collective bargaining system. The student knows the rules and contracts for foreign and temporary labor.
The student is familiar with the key construction law, land use and construction law and regulation and consumer protection. He / she knows how to build a licensing practice and is able to operate under the authority of the authorities and knows the related inspection practices.
