Objective

After completing the course the student will be able to:
- explain the overall picture of the whole logistics chain in business
- describe the importance of efficient purchasing and material control, transportation, distribution and logistics services for the competitiveness of modern companies in global supply chain
- design a supply chain networkplan and calculate location decisions
- prepare and optimize distribution models
- manage and improve supply chain performance
