Learning outcomes:
-To expand earlier knowledge about project and quality management
-Students gain deeper understanding and more accurate information about project and quality management in the field of construction
Content
-Students will get know the practical project work and risk management role of a project manager

Introduction to the construction quality management in phases of construction process
-construction management
-design phase
-production planning, construction
-quality control

Tavoitteet

For civil engineering students only. Organizing a project, reporting, inspection and control, ending a project. Quality control systems and their maintenance; securing quality in planning and during construction. Based on the lectures, the student draws up e.g. a quality assurance plan for a small building project, as well as a plan for organizing, supervising and controlling a project. There will be an individualized project for exchange students.
