Content scheduling

Fall semester 2024:

Working on the TaideTalk article of the specialist training as individuals and in groups. Planning and implementation of the final seminar.

Deepening of copyright knowledge.

Integration of online pedagogical skills and application skills acquired in training into one's own work.

Objective

Students are able to:
- define the equipment and application configuration needed in their work
- use the equipment they need in the manner required by their work
- use the applications they need in the manner required by their work
- look for solutions to the needs arising in technology-assisted work
- develop new technology-assisted ways of working
- use recorded music and video in their work, taking copyright into account
- self-reflect and develop their work as a music professional
- communicate the basics of music professional competence for career development

Content

Online pedagogical skills of a music professional 2, 15 ECTS
- video work, includes sound
- multi-camera work in teaching
- making, recording and editing multi-camera recordings
- sharing recordings
- communicating and marketing of one's own competence
- future prospects of a music pedagogue's job image: technological development, artificial intelligence, networks and data protection
- copyright from the perspective of a music professional

Teaching methods

Independent working, group and pair work, workshops, online meetings.

Student workload

Learning tasks require independent work, application of operating methods and development in one's own work. 15 credits is equivalent to working about ten working weeks full-time or about 16 hours a week during the spring semester.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

ACCEPTED::
Competence has been demonstrated in learning tasks, independent learning tasks have been completed and participated in teaching.

FAILED:
Learning tasks have not been completed, skills have not been sufficiently demonstrated.

Evaluation methods and criteria

Execution of learning tasks, demonstration of competence in practice and participation in teaching.
