Objective

Objective of the course is to introduce modern power electronics applications and their features. After completing the course, student will be able to
- Know power electronics components and their features
- Is aware of possibilities and limitations of power electronics
- Know the most common converter types used in industry and understand the basics of their operation
- Is familiar with power electronics applications in industry and know the basic technical requirements in each application
