Upon completing the course, the student will be able to:
• Understand the financial environment of sports organizations and its specific characteristics.
• Master the key tools and methods of financial management within sports organizations.
• Acquire skills in budgeting
• Analyze and interpret the financial condition and performance of a sports organization.
• Identify strategic challenges in financial management and develop solutions to address them.
