Objective

SPECIALIZATION IN NURSING 3 8 ECTS

Objectives
Students will
• Gain proficiency in planning, performing and evaluating the nursing of acute and emergency care patients
• Take responsibility for the treatment of patients according to their personal competence in their working groups and in multiprofessional cooperation
• Be able to take part in the development of care as a member of a nursing professionals’ group, consider the prerequisites of this development in their unit and understand the patient’s treatment path in a way that ensures that the path is not interrupted
• Enhance their ability to assess risks related to patient safety, as well as their competence in preventive and corrective measures and the continuous development of operations
• Gain proficiency in recognizing the ethical challenges of patients in need of acute care and how to overcome these challenges according to good nursing practices
• Deepen their pharmacotherapy competence in acute nursing
• Master the special features of clinical nursing

Kokonaistuntimäärä on 203h, joka sisältää:
- perehdytyksen 2h
- harjoittelupalautteen 2h
- jobiilin ja CV:n päivittämisen 2h
- loput tunnit (197h) ohjattua harjoittelua sovitussa harjoitteluyksikössä

Hyväksytty suoritus edellyttää:

Ennen jakson alkua:
- CV:n laatiminen ja pitäminen aktiivisena harjoittelujakson loppuun asti
- Perehdytystunnille osallistuminen
- Yhteyden ottaminen omaan harjoitteluyksikköön viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen jakson alkua

Jakson aikana:
- Aktiivinen opiskelu harjoitteluyksikössä
- Henkilökohtaisten tavoitteiden laatiminen SunHarkassa
- Työvuorojen laatiminen yhdessä ohjaajan kanssa
- Väliarviointiin osallistuminen ja itsearviointi, kirjaaminen arviointikeskusteluun SunHarkassa
- Loppuarviointiin osallistuminen ja itsearviointi SunHarkassa
- Ohjaajan vahvistus hyväksytystä harjoittelujaksosta ohjaaville opettajille


Jakson jälkeen:
- Palautetunnille osallistuminen
- SunHarkka kirjaukset valmiina

Harjoittelun sisällöllisten arviointikriteerien täyttyminen (kriteerit SunHarkassa)
