Objective

CUSTOMER-ORIENTED SERVICE COMPETENCE, DIGITAL SERVICES AND EXECUTIVE FUNCTION IN OUTPATIENT CARE IN BASIC HEALTH CARE 5 ETCS ADTO

The course includes 2 ETCS of studies in English

Objectives:
Student
· knows how to assess the need for care and guide clients in receiving appropriate social and health care services
· is able to work in a customer-oriented manner and support clients' systematic self-treatment and commitment to care in reception activities, and plan successful online interaction and service situations as well as digital clinical pathways by utilising different applications and environments
· knows how to utilise electronic services and communication technology in reception activities as part of the treatment of the client and supporting decision-making
· is able to use customer-oriented teaching and guidance methods appropriately and to guide clients in self care, as users of electronic services and as providers of health information.
· knows how to act appropriately in terms of occupational and patient safety in reception activities
· knows how to plan, implement and assess nursing ethically in at-home care
· is familiar with the principles of knowledge-based management in outpatient care in primary health care

Failed: The management and justification of issues are missing or incorrect.

Expression and Justification: 3-4: The expression of issues is fairly precise, and some justifications are provided.
Expression and Justification: 5: Issues are expressed precisely and justified comprehensively.

peruskäsitteistön. Hyödyntää
ammatillista tietoa.
Taidot: Suoriutuu annetuista tehtävistä ohjattuna. Tuntee erilaisia toimintatapoja,
muttei osaa perustella valintojaan tai soveltaa oppimaansa tilanteen mukaan.
Asenteet: Osaa vastaanottaa ja antaa palautetta valikoivasti. Tarkastelee ja arvioi asioita omasta näkökulmastaan. Tunnistaa omalle alalle tärkeitä arvoja ja eettisiä periaatteita.

Taidot: Osaa itsenäisesti valita eri vaihtoehdoista sopivimman toimintatavan ja pyrkii perustelemaan valintansa. Osaa soveltaa, laatia suunnitelmia ja rajata tehtäviä. Ratkaisee
ongelmia.
Asenteet: Osaa vastaanottaa ja antaa palautetta aktiivisesti ja rakentavasti. Tarkastelee ja arvioi asioita sekä omasta että lähiyhteisön näkökulmasta. On omaksunut alan arvot ja eettiset
